Our success and other failure is the outcome of a process. Everyone need to evaluate the process thoroughly if they want to improve the outcome. Most of the time people want to get good outcome but they do the opposite of what they want to get a result. Even though people want to achieve a good result they end up getting bad result because they don’t really know what they should be doing their process and people fail to understand the process what they should follow. Then people get surprised what happen. Any result that people want to obtain, they better know the logical process what they should fellow. Sometime people don’t understand what they are doing. They react instead of thinking what they need to do first and what they should do next. One can’t expect a good result when you don’t even know what order you are taking your actions.
What is the a process? A process is a series of actions or steps taken in order to achieve a particular end and very thoughtful and sound reasoned. This process should give you every time one want to achieve good result, anyone can follow the process and achieve your desired result.
Therefore some of our failure is the result of not understanding the steps of our processes. It is easy to judge other from outside when one is not doing the work. It is actually harder when you are doing practically. So, no one should judge to anyone if there is a need for improvement, and if there is a better know the process ourselves to contribute our share of responsibility.
What are the needs and expectations?
Air, Oxygen, Water, Food, Shelter, and Sleep. I will share a story.
Other might say democracy, election, or etc. without fully understand the basic necessity of what human needs are. They will throw big words without knowing and understanding real meaning of the words themselves. For example, I my wish are Eritrea to advance in the artificial intelligence and Nuclear energy so we would not have any energy shortage once for all and I want to teach Eritrean how we can achieve it in the short period of time but is that what our people need now? Is it what our government is focusing on? What are the basic necessary human or Eritrean need now?
(I will share a story.)
Two years ago I went to visit someone in Aba shawil, Asmara for the first time in my life. My goodness, I couldn’t wait to get out of the house the minute I entered the house because I was scared . I felt the roof is going to fall down on me. I could not believe the condition of the room. I said to myself how is possible one can live in this kind of condition. I compared my own house that my house was a palace, I am not kidding you. Then I realized and remind me of the song, of Alamin Abdu Latif “ Dehan Kuni Abashawil, Selam kidmi Mifirask, Ade Kulu Sidra” I said to myself if I were a government official, I will demolish the whole Aba Shawil, rebuild it and will keep Tserhi-Terhi” and I will build a rental housing assistance to private landlords of behalf of low income households. Then (Edeki Asmara/ Edi Aba Shawul specially)/ they will feel that Eritrea is changing and progressing. I am sure other area of Eritrea are worst situation who live in still in hut. I understand, that too. My point is our government is doing, it is best and we need to help out, too if we want to see better future, too.
For a while we stop construction of housing, it is the time now to start now to revive and circulate the Nakfa currency. We need to lift the construction building so the Nakfa currency will start circulating and people would have money and work and people can afford buying commodity that can be bought and sold such as coffee, grain, corn, etc.
I understand our government is doing its best it can to feed our people by e preservation, control and development of water resources, and thumps up for making education number one priority. Our curriculum needs some improved of course of study, grogram of study and subjects, modules. We cannot just copy the curriculum of other and we need to create our own base on our own analysis, understanding and needs are, so the subject will not be dogmatic. I give big credit for all project our government is doing in education, building new institutions, hiring new teachers, buying new equipment’s, etc.
Our Food security and strategy are good. We are buying agricultural machines and equipment. We are thinking and machines are doing the work. I give big plus to our government. We are moving away from old ways farming using cows to agriculture machines. This is a good progress. Thumps up! The last but the least people need is sleep that we don’t have a problem.

I left Eritrea when I was 12 years old. Now, I am 47 years old. I lived 35 years in the west. The first 12 years were the most important years of my life. I learn how to read and write Tigrinya but
I grew up in Asmara only. I didn’t travel/go a lot of places in Eritrea or Asmara. I remember when we young, we use to be scare to go Aba Shawul, or anywhere other than Downtown of Asmara.
Now whenever I go Eritrea, I spend exploring outskirt of Asmara and other villages. I am not sure what most people do when they go to Asmara but I go there in the intention of Teaching mathematics or prospecting for minerals.
Most of my 35 years, I spend studying and reading books. I have passion for mathematics. Here, I like to help Kids who struggle in math because I can show them how easy can be math if one understand the logic of math. I specialize in logic how to reason correctly. I teach kids how to reason correctly in math. Math can be taught logically and easily.
When I go outskirt of Asmara, I go early morning when most people go school, church or work to study the minerals before the weather temperature rises high.
What I found out is that most Eritrean don’t know what is in their back yard what kind of minerals, they have. It seems there is abundant silver, gold and other Precious minerals but either don’t know it what they have or don’t share it the information.
One time I went far away from Asmara, I got lost, I didn’t know where I was and I was trying to get back to Asmara. Finally, a lady and man were coming and I waited to ask them for direction, I said excuse me to the lady, can you please tell me which direction I need to go to Asmara, and the lady she look round and notice a man was behind her and she waited until he past, she ask me do you know where you are? I said no. I was thinking what kind of question is that if I know where I was why would I ask her for direction. Shhh This is “Hager dihinet” . I didn’t know what it was but she was trying to tell something but I didn’t understand it, all I knew was I shouldn’t be around there and I went there because I saw some construction there and I want to see what we were building. After she gave direction, I walked about 20 minutes, I was close to the Asmara’s Zoo area. Then I took taxi there to the city.
I was walking and traveling freely in the whole of Asmara and Eritrea but I learn that as long I didn’t do anything strange no one bother me. Everybody was does his/her business. All I was doing was studying the minerals. The funny thing is that every time I pick up something from the ground to look it up close, people were watching me. Either they were. Thinking” Niameta Zitsilelsi Lomzeben Emni yeliel” or as if I found money from the ground. I learned later, that most people are very alert and watching you even though, they don’t say to you anything.
There is a lot of silver and gold in Asmara and other precious minerals in Asmara and outskirt of Asmara. A lot people could help themselves simply knowing how to process it what to look for. I can teach them identified it. Eritrean people are the least unconscious people other than the government in Africa. I am not sure why even immigrate out from Eritrea when we have all The wealth in front of our house?
When I come to Eritrea next I would like to teach people about mathematics, and how to apply it. Also how to identify minerals and how to process it. It is better I teach people how they can get money than giving them money.
As for me I don’t really care about minerals, I don’t even value more than the knowledge itself but I would like to create jobs and income for people by sharing information. What I would like to ask our government is to help us to become partner and work together. To give us a chance to help ourselves by partnering with us. Our resource should be for us, Eritrean. Our government should partner with first and western. Why shouldn’t our government partner with us? I would like to see amendment to our chapter 6 about partnership. Partnership with Eritrean firs and other second. We, Eritrean should come first. Eritrean First.

Thousands cancel Oxfam donations over Haiti scandal
About 7,000 people have stopped making regular donations to Oxfam since it emerged some of its staff used prostitutes in Haiti, MPs have heard.
Oxfam boss Mark Goldring apologised to the International Development Committee for the damage done to people in Haiti and the wider efforts of aid workers.
He said 26 fresh allegations had been made since the scandal broke.
