Trump is considering to free Ghislaine Maxwell if the Supreme Court won’t.

On July 28th, Axios headlined “Ghislaine Maxwell files Supreme Court brief appealing Epstein conviction” and explained that she has a thoroughly sound legal case — based upon a blunder by the U.S. District Attorney who in 2016 negotiated a plea-deal with Epstein which arguably prevented the fedeal Government from prosecuting any of his accomplices — to be set free because her case was covered by that 2016 agreement (and so her prosecution had been illegal).
Then on July 29th, The Bulwark headlined “Why Trump Might Free Ghislaine” and reported about the possibility,
“I’m allowed to do it, but it’s something I have not thought about,” Trump told reporters Friday [July 25th]. By yesterday [July 28th], he had thought about it: “Well, I’m allowed to give her a pardon, but nobody’s approached me with it. Nobody’s asked me about it,” he said. “Right now, it would be inappropriate to talk about it.”
What all of this means is that Trump is hoping that the Supreme Court will take Maxwell’s case, because that would prevent Trump from having any need to pardon her (which would embarrass him to do).
Why would he need to pardon her? One reason would be that if she will be subpoenaed in the court-case she is bringing, she could implicate him in some of Epstein’s crimes. Another reason would be that if Epstein was working for the Mossad (in order to collect blackmail — proofs that high-up American officials who were on Epstein’s client-list had engaged in sex with under-age girls, and thus the Mossad would hold power over those officials, via blackmail) — Trump would need to do that (pardon her) in order to protect himself and/or Israel’s Government.
Trump, like all U.S. Presidents after the assassination of JFK, has always done the bidding of Israel’s Government. (There is serious possibility the Mossad was involved in JFK’s assassination.) The question is why has it? Blackmail could be part of the answer to this question. And Epstein (the filming he did) might have been, and still be, a part of that operation.
Trump, like all other recent U.S. Presidents, relies upon his Party’s faithful in order to be able to do what he does.
However, his Attorney General Pam Bondi’s having said that Epstein had no “client list” was undefined and is certainly a lie, because there are hundreds of names on the file’s flight manifests to Epstein’s pleasure island, and even that information is now being hidden from the public. You can see those flight manifests (mis-identified there as “flight logs”) here. I don’t know whether the FBI has sought testimony from the individuals who were on those lists.
