Muscat: His Majesty Sultan Haitham bin Tarik received a written message from PresidentIsaias Afwerkiof the State of Eritrea.

The message deals with relations between Oman and Eritrea.

It was handed over to Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Foreign Minister when he received in his office today Osman Saleh Mohammed, Eritrean Minister of Foreign Affairs.

During the meeting, the two ministers discussed the bilateral relations and exchanged views on a set of regional and international issues.

The meeting was attended by some officials from both sides.
