The President of Eritrea arrives in Riyadh, greeted by the Deputy Emir of the region

His Excellency President Isaias Afwerki, President of the State of Eritrea, and his accompanying delegation arrived in Riyadh today, to participate in the Saudi-African Summit.

His country was received at King Khalid International Airport by His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Abdulrahman bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Governor of the Riyadh Region, the Ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to Eritrea Saqr bin Suleiman Al-Qurashi, the Ambassador of Eritrea to the Kingdom Mohammed Omar Mahmoud, and the Deputy Director of the Region’s Police, Major General Mansour bin Nasser Al-Otaibi, and Royal Protocol Undersecretary Fahd Al-Sahil.
