Port Sudan,(SUNA) - Eritrean President Isaias Afwerki received Dr. Kamil Idris, Prime Minister, at his residence , as part of his visit to the country.

During the meeting, the course of bilateral relations between the two countries was reviewed, as well as prospects for strengthening, developing and enhancing them, in a way that serves the good and benefit of the two brotherly peoples, in addition to issues and topics of common interest that concern the security and stability of the region.

The meeting emphasized the depth of bilateral relations, the commitment to strengthening joint cooperation in various fields, and coordination between the two countries in all regional and international forums and on issues of the Horn of Africa.
