Michael Storer has added the Memorial Marco Pantani to his palmares. The Tudor Pro Cycling rider broke away from his breakaway companion Natnael Tesfatsion in the final stage , succeeding his teammate Marc Hirschi .
As if the penultimate stage of the Tour l'Ardeche, the Women's Mountain Bike World Championships and the queen stage of the Vuelta weren't enough, the Memorial Marco Pantani was also held on Italian soil. A hilly 195 kilometre course aimed at the man in form: Isaac Del Toro. Could the Mexican from UAE Emirates XRG – despite the flat finale – take his fourth victory in a row?
