MOSCOW, July 16 - RIA Novosti. Eritrean President Isaias Afevorki plans to attend the second Russia-Africa summit, Petros Tseggai, the country's ambassador to Moscow, told RIA Novosti.
"Mr. Afeworki accepted the invitation (by Russian President Vladimir Putin - ed.) and plans to come to the summit," Tseggai said.
He added that among the proposed issues on the agenda, one can single out "issues of international security and the problem of an arms race in outer space."
The second Russia-Africa Summit and Economic Forum will be held on July 27-28, 2023 in
St. Petersburg . RIA Novosti is the media partner of the event.
