Henok Muhlubrhan (Bardiani) has won the third stage in the Tour of Rwanda The man from Eritrea was the best uphill on a vicious finish.
After two stages for the sprinters, with Ethan Vernon as the winner each time , it was time for the men with more climber legs on day three. The finish was in Musanze, after a climb of two kilometers at six percent.
One of the top favourites, the Q36.5 Norwegian Carl Frederik Hagen, went off course after two crashes. Without him, the peloton therefore went to the hilly final phase, where James Fouche (Bolton Equities) took a lead over his competitors. However, that was canceled out and in the end Mulubrhan turned out to have the best punch.
