Addis Ababa, January 27, 2020 (FBC) -Prime Minister Dr Abiy Ahmed is currently holding talks with Eritrean President Isaias Afwerki and Somali President Mohammed Abdullahi Mohammed

The talks in Asmara, Eritrea’s capital, focused on key issues related to their respective countries and developments in the Horn region, according to office of the Prime Minister.

Ahead of the Tripartite Summit, the Ethiopian and Eritrean leaders held yesterday evening discussion on bilateral and other issues of mutual importance.

The Somali President arrived in Asmara early today, where he was given a warm welcome by President Isaias upon arrival at Asmara International Airport.
