Prime Minister Dr Abiy and Eritrea’s President Isaias Afeworki announced yesterday they would re-open their embassies in each other’s capitals, hailing a stunningly swift rapprochement between bitter regional enemies.
They also agreed to resume airline links, free travel of people, direct international telephone connection and use of ports.
