Today world leaders will gather in New York for the United Nations' Climate Action Summit. The UN’s Secretary General António Guterres is calling on world leaders to come with concrete and realistic plans to bring their national net carbon emissions down to zero by 2050. Some will be hoping for enormous breakthroughs.
