PUTIN IS PLANNING A CONSTRUCTION IN AFRICA: FIRST DETAILS

Russia announced the construction of a logistics center in the port of the state of Eritrea. The East African state with which Russia wants to establish a close relationship, including in the military sphere, is under UN sanctions. Also, Russia signed an agreement on military cooperation with the Central African Republic, which recently killed a UN peacekeeper.

According to “Voice of America”, the scale, location and timing of the project are not yet known. It is reported that the Russian Federation has been trying to establish close partnership relations with Eritrea in the military, economic and diplomatic sphere.
