NEOM, March 29, 2021, SPA -- His Royal Highness Prince Mohammad bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Crown Prince, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Defense, made a phone call today to President Isaias Afwerki of the Republic of Eritrea.
During the call, they discussed the Middle East Green Initiative announced by HRH the Crown Prince, which aims, in partnership with the countries of the region, to face environmental challenges in the region, stressing that this initiative is one of the most ambitious global initiatives in terms of restoring degraded lands and reducing carbon levels.
The Eritrean President expressed his country's readiness to contribute to the success of the initiative.
