Chairman of TMC Heads to Eritrea

Khartoum, June 14 (SUNA) The Chairman of the Transitional Military Council, Lt. Gen. Abdul Fattah al- Hurhan left Friday morning to the state of Eritrea in a short visit during which he will meet with the Eritrean President Isaias Afewerki.
Lt. gen. al- Burhan was seen off by Lt. Gen. (Pilot) Salah Abdul Khalig, the chairman of the Factional Social Commity, a number of the MTC members and military leaders.
It is worth noting that the chairman of the TMC has previously received an invitation for visiting Eritrea extended to him by ibrahim iddris the eritrean ambassador in Khartoum.
