During the meeting, the two s discussed bilateral relations and ways of enhancing them in all fields in a way that best serves the interests of both countries.
They also discussed the latest developments at regional and international arenas and issues of common interest.
Moreover, the two countries agreed to further deepen the strong cultural, political and commercial relations.
Foreign Minister Adel bin Ahmed Al-Jubeir arrived in Addis Ababa, yesterday.
Upon arrival, he was welcomed by Ethiopia’s Minister of Foreign Affairs, Dr Workneh Gebeyehu.
Prior to his arrival in Addis Ababa, the Foreign Minister was in Asmara and met with Eritrean President Isaias Afwerki.
He delivered to President Isaias a letter from King Salman bin Abdulaziz on enhancement of historical and brotherly ties of both countries, according to Yemane Gebremeskel, Eritrea’s Minister of Information.
