Two Germans, 32 and 26 years old, stopped at the Munich central train station at around 3:30 am, drinking alcohol. A 26-year-old from Eritrea joined them on their way to the S-Bahn central platform. Here sat the 32-year-old from Lower Bavaria and the African initially on a bench. Then, according to testimonies, according to which the Niederbayer is said to have insulted the Africans, the two got into verbal dispute. Later evaluated images of the video recording show how the 32-year-old from the Lower Bavarian Wallersdorf gets up, captured the 26-year-old Eritrean by the throat and chokes for several seconds. In the further course, he hits the African with his elbow on the head, then he chokes him and finally kicks him in the face.

Following the arrival of alarmed federal police, the Wallersdorf prisoner, who was found to have a breath alcohol concentration of 2.05 per thousand, was provisionally arrested and all parties were taken to the office. The Eritrean, breath alcohol content 2.5 per thousand, was spent among other things because of a strong bleeding nose by the ambulance service for investigation in a Munich clinic. There he was not admitted to hospital. The prosecutor Munich I ordered the 32-year-old, who also had a ban on the main train station, a blood sample and judicial detention demonstration. Against him is now being investigated for dangerous bodily injury, insult and trespassing.
