Dear ESA members
We are learning from many the issue Vol 3, Number 2, 1999 of the ESR was
not mailed to ESA members. We have talked with the Red Sea Press and they
have asked us to send them the list of the addresses of the members and
they will mail the issue. Please accept my heart-felt apology for the
dealy. When I started in January 2000, I had assumed the 1999 issue that
was released the 1st week of November was already mailed. It is no excuse
but that is where the problem arose.
So to help us expediate the process and to update our books and for the
mailing of our conference update it will be appreciated if all members of
this list send us

2) Mailing address (snail mail that is)
3) E-mail Address
