A Constant Influx of Ethiopian Infiltrators to Yemen

Security Media Center at the Ministry of Interior, reveled that about 1048
Ethiopian infiltrators arrived to Yemen last month; including about 100
women.
The Center sources have registered these statistics according to the
Ethiopian constant smuggling boats trips to the Yemeni coasts.
The source explained that half of the arrivals descended on Ahwer Coast of
Abyan province; while the remaining number of the Ethiopians landed on
Dhubab Coast in Taiz, Rudhum of Shabwa governorate, Ras Al Aarah in Lahjj
and Broom Coast in Hadramout governorate.
The Ministry said that November witnessed unprecedented flow of Ethiopian
infiltrators to the Yemeni territorial water; however, it expressed its
concerns on this regard.
To prevent the coming infiltration operations, the Ministry directed its
security branches in the coastal governorates to take tight measures in the
seaports.
On the other hand, the last Statistics by the Center show that Yemen suffer
of the huge mount of Somali refugees in Yemen; pointing out that the number
of Somali refugees in Yemen is about one million and 800 thousand refugees.
