Sub: Raising Funds Request for the development of the deaf and build a Deaf
center in Eritrea.

We the Eritrean National Association of the deaf in Europe are glad to
write this letter of fund raising for the deaf and hard hearing
people development and building deaf center in Eritrea.
The Eritrean National Association of the deaf is a non-profit making
organization headquartered in Asmara.Its main is to safeguard the rights of
hearing impalred people in every aspect of their lives.
In Eritrea there are more about 30.000 deaf people and 4000 registered
members and 90% of them have no aaccess of education due to lack of
a conducive atmosphere of training centers and in adequacy of sign language
training programs.
Currently we are in the process of raising some fund in an effort to meet
the demand required to build a multi-purpose deaf center includes
office,deaf club, vocational and professional training centre ,art
gallery,library, playground and etc for deaf people which costs 8,800.000
Nakfa equivalent to 400.000Euro. We are hereby asking you kindly for any
grant you can afford so that to assist our deaf and hard hearing fellows to
help them .
Also your suggestions or leads are important for us in realizing our dreams.
