UNSC President Néstor Osorio (Colombia) says that SEMG report is
delayed because "problems were incurred during the preparation or
delivery" of the report He also says that The Secretary will make a
decision whether to fire the Monitoring Group's co-coordinator (Matt
Bryden) or not.
