Eritrea gets a second day Gold in the African Championships while the women finished 4th and 5th 
 

Eritrea gets it second gold in the African Championships through Daniel Teklehaimanot who topped in the individual time trial. Two South African cyclists followed Daniel for Silver and Bronze. Frekalsi Debesai finsihed 6th.
 

The results are as follows:
 

1. Daniel Teklehaimanot of  Eritrea
2. Louis Meintjis of South Africa
3. Janse Van Rensburg of South Africa
4. Azzedin Laagab of Algeria
5.Mouhcin Lahsan of Morocco
6. Frekalsi Debesai of Eritrea

 

The Men's team lead by Daniel flew 48.5 Km/ hour.
 

In the Women's Team Individual time Trial  that registered 44km/ hour, Eritrean women got good results finishing 4th and 5th.
 

The results are:
 

1.Taylor of South Africa
2.Moolman of South Africa
3.Halbwachs of Mauritis
4. Wehazit Kidane of Eritrea
5. Senait Araya of Eritrea
6. Van Staden of Namibia
