ERITREAN - LIBYAN MINING SHARE Co.
BACKGROUND
Eritrean-Libyan Mining Share Company (Eri-Lib Mining Share Co or Eri-Lib), is a private company incorporated in Eritrea.
Eri-Lib is a totally focussed company dedicated full-time to the Exploration and development of mineral properties in Eritrea, specifically the Fanco-Guluj and the Nefasit license areas.
The ownership of Eri-Lib is: 50% - ENAMCO 50% - Libyan African Investment Corporation (LAICO)
Eri-Lib Mining Share Co has set up all the necessary office facilities and logistic requirements.
The company has also signed license agreement for both the Fanco and Nefasit license areas and
has commenced its exploration programme.
