In order to vote one have to watch the show.
At the end (5 minutes before the end) of the show one have to use the tall-free number on the screen to cast his/her vote. See instruction below.
"To cast a vote using the toll-free phone numbers, at the end of the show simply dial the toll-free numbers displayed on screen during the show relating to your contestant of choice (For example, call 1-866-60-AGT-01 / 1-866-602-4801 for Contestant 1). If you are calling during your valid vote window you will hear a message thanking you for your vote."
