Dear Members and supporters of EAAA,
Dear Advisory Board,
By the responsibility vested upon me by the board and the association, I declare the bylaws be functional again effective immediately. It will be signed by early next week.
This was the first revision of EAAA bylaws by the transitional committee with full participation from the members and inclusion of the ideas of the members. The revision was required to make the bylaws better and hold us more accountable, thereby make EAAA more productive.
Members gave their ideas for the bylaws in July and the transitional committee did its discussions about the bylaws in August and September. Sorry the new members did not join us before we start the revision but please make your ideas count in the association.
Our thanks should go to Mebahtu Berhane, our secretary general, for mediating the revision of the bylaws. He was taking all the ideas from members and the transitional committee and include them in the bylaws so that it was easy for the committee to make the necessary changes.
Our compliance with the bylaws will start with the officers and then members also effective immediately but slowly and surely.

On behalf of the EAAA's Bylaws reviweing committee, it gives me a great pleasure to annouce that with your active particpation and valuable additives, our bylaws are now finalized and will be effective as soon as this is released to the members. Once again, I thank you for all of you who have been participating in shaping our bylaws for the past two and half months and thereby contributed tremendously. Time again, by vertue of your unsolicited but active particpation in this regard, EAAA has witnessed its democratic accountablitiy with its wel-known slogan "every member is a leader".
As a reminder, since our bylwas are the basic foundation for the existence of our group, every one of us is required to read, understand, respect, live upto it and work deligetnly according the bylwas, so that EAAA will fulfill its responsibilites.
