Doha • The Emir, H H Sheikh Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani has received a letter
from Eritrean President Isaias Afwerki pertaining to bilateral relations and
other issues of mutual concern. Eritrean Ambassdor to Qatar Ali Ibrahim
Ahmed handed over the letter during an audience with the Emir at Al Wajbah
Palace here early yesterday morning. The meeting was attended by H E Sheikha
Hind bint Hamad bin Khalifa Al Thani, the Director of the Emir's office , H
E Saad Mohamed Al Rumaihi, the Secretary of the Emir for Follow-Up Affairs
and Ambassador Abdulrahman Mohamed Al Kholeifi , the Director of the Asian
and African Affairs Department at the Foreign Ministry.
