Ethiopian soldiers kill mentally-ill man

*Ethiopian troops have killed a man with mental disorders, who roamed the
streets of Afgoye, 30 km south of the Somali capital of Mogadishu. *
The man was walking towards the Ethiopian soldiers, when they opened fire on
him and killed him on the spot, a Press TV correspondent reported.
The victim had lost his mental balance a year ago after his family members -
including his wife and six children - were killed in a mine blast near their
home.
Just before the shooting incident, the Ethiopian soldiers closed all
businesses by force and virtually imposed a curfew on the town.
The main reason behind the move was that the soldiers were transferring
water-tankers from the town to their bases.
