The embassy in Tokyo updated the news of the 3rd TICAD Ministrial
Follow-up Meeting in Dakar.
H.E. Mr. Osman Saleh Minister of Foreign Affairs and H.E. Mr Estianos
Afeworki attend the meeting, which was held 1st and 2nd May.
