A Special Force Unit of OLA Killed a TPLF Intelligence Officer of Eastern Hararge.

(OLF News, March 31, 2011) On March 24, 2011 a "Special Force" unit of the Oromo Liberation Army (OLA) operating in Eastern Hararge zone has killed an intelligence officer of the TPLF regime named Ezkiel Gebru around the city of Dire Dhawa at a place called Dhangaggo. The report added that this intelligence person, who is a Tigrean by birth, has been working for the regime in the area for a long time notoriously known for harassing and spying on the local Oromo population and is responsible for many killings, abductions, and disappearances of Oromo nationals.

OLA Eastern Command renewed their commitment that the elimination of such eveil individuals from the society will continue until freedom.

OLA Special Force Killed 6 Police Officers including one Commander In the Town of Chiro Western Hararge.

(OLF News, April 10, 2011) A Special Force unit of the Oromo Liberation Front (OLA) operating in Eastern Oromia has killed 6 TPLF police officers including one commander, who called the local Oromo population to a meeting by force and were intimidating them, in the town of Chiro on April 03, 2011 by putting police force in trap.

 

The name of the police commander, who is a Tigrean by birth, was Ermias Demise, and he is reported to have been terrorizing the local Oromo population for a long time. Hours before his death he was warning the Oromo people who came to the meeting not to go against the TPLF regime.

 

At the moment the OLA Special Force has taken this action on the police force, they were taking several Oromos to prison, and as a result of the action the 35 prisoners who were going to prison were released.

 

OLA reported that such action on Woyyanee forces will continue until Oromia is liberated.
