Eritrean President Arrives in Khartoum
Khartoum, May 26 (SUNA)- The Eritrean President, Issaias Afewerki Wednesday noon arrived in Khartoum leading a high level delegation to attend inauguration of President of the Republic, Field Marshal Omer Al Bashir
President Afewerki was received at Khartoum International Airport by President Al-Bashir and a number of ministers and senior officials
In statement to SUNA, the State Minister for Foreign Affairs, Ali Karti said that President Afewerki's participation in the inauguration of President Al-Bashir affirms the deeply-rooted Sudanese - Eritrean ties
He said that the large participation in the event affirms the unceasing support of sister and friendly countries to Sudan
