As some of you might recall, Mr. Jeremy Clarke was supposed to work as Reuters correspondent in Asmara. However, after night time meetings in the Embassy of the United States, Mr. Jeremy forgot his job as a Reuters correspondent and began writing only what he had been told during these meetings, in what was a deliberate a smear campaign against Eritrea.
Mr. Clarke sold himself for money, debased his professional ethics and became an agent for political agendas. He is now working on the same assignment he was given in Asmara while in Nairobi. I find it quite astonishing that Reuters would just stand by and let its members debase themselves and their profession and undermine the credibility of their organization.
