*Al Bashir Finalizes Talks with Eritrean President Began in Doha*

President Omer Hassan Ahmed Al Bashir made a one-day formal visit to
Eritreayesterday where he met with his Eritrean counterpart, Isaias
Afewerki.
During the summit the two presidents exchanged views on a set of issues on
mutual concerns besides
finalizing discussions they held during their recent meeting in Doha during
the signing the framework agreement was singed.
Informed sources affirmed that the visit comes to finalize communication and
consultation with the Eritrean leadership regarding bilateral issues as well
as issues of regional and international concern.
Sudan's Foreign Affairs Director of African Department, Salah Mohammed
Al-Hassan said the visit was normal and came within the framework of
relations going back in history between the two countries
The President was accompanied by Presidential Advisor, Dr. Nustafa Osman,
Chief of National Security and Intelligence Services, Lt. Gen. Mohammed
Atta, and State Minister at the Republic Palace, Idris Abdul Gadir.
The Eritrean President had earlier visited Sudan mid November to participate
in 3rd Tourism and Marketing and the National Tree Day held in the Red Sea
State, where he co-inaugurated with Al Bashir a number of projects, during
which the two presidents agreed to conduct joint projects between the two
countries, on top of them was a coastal road to boost cooperation between
the two brotherly Sudanese and Eritrean nations.
