Subject: - NAECA’s 6th Annual Congress.
We forward our warm greetings and wishes for success in all your
endeavors.
In accordance to our Association's Constitution, the Annual Congress
will be held this Saturday, January 23, 2010, at 3:00 PM in our office
(ESMG building), Asmara. All members are cordially invited to attend.
The Agenda:-
1. Annual Association report,
2. Annual Financial report,
3. Discussion based on the above reports,
4. Proposal to amend the Association's Constitution,
5. Select and vote the Association's Board Members,
6. Resolutions and Recommendations.
In preparation to this occasion, you are invited and welcomed to
amend and improve any article of the Constitution, as well as, propose
ideas that can help our Association progress forward.
We like to remind all members who may have arrears in their membership
dues to update their payments.
We are looking forward to seeing you there.
