In the course of the interview President Isaias Afwerki was conducting
with the national media outlets regarding the objective situation and
future prospects, interference signal was effected with a view to
blocking the live interview. Moreover, intensive satellite jamming was
resorted to in a futile bid to muffle the fourth part of the interview
which was conduced yesterday.
This futile jamming attempt through very sophisticated technology
prompts a lot of questions as to who is behind it? Why? For what
purpose? From where? How? Since when? On the basis of what legality?
and so forth. All these call for numerous answers.
One way or the other, if the intention is at all designed to silence
Eritrea's voice of truth and justice, it is all in vain simply because
the attempt is tantamount to trying to block the sun.
