Iran: An Awareness Enhancing Observation

By Staff

Jun 24, 2009, 08:14

All civilizations and nations always have their own culture and history.
Usually most nations have a contrived know-how on ways of administering
themselves and what specific mode of governance they should use. And
hence, whenever a nation experiences some kind of unrest, the only wise
thing that should be done is to let the people themselves address their
problems on their own.

In reflection of the above fact, the recent civil unrest that is being
seen in Iran, as it is a problem that concerns only the Iranian people,
it should have been left for them to solve without attempting to
interfere on their state of affairs. Apparently, witnessing the meddling
of external forces and the ganging of their mass media outlets on Iran
these days leaves an impression that would raise the cognizance of the
world in relation with such issues.

There is no doubt that any given nation in the world desires to attain
peace and prosperity, as it serves as springboard for development and
all-round peace and stability. However, despite such a universal
aspiration, it is natural to have differences in opinion even within
members of one family. Therefore, any well-meaning political and
propagandist activity should attempt to bridge such differences and work
to foster harmony in a responsible manner. However, attaining such a
virtuous goal is not the target of the ideology employed by the Western
powers, which is only used to impose hegemony and dominance. This is the
primary tactic employed by the intelligence networks of the US and UK.
As evidence has shown, these intelligence agencies had for more than a
year been working to foment instability in Iran.

The praxis of western ideology finds its application in instigating
rifts within populations using minor issues as pretext. It dubs suicidal
steps as 'democratic sacrifice'; chaos and anarchy as 'revolutionary
right' and finally lintel reports as 'public media'. What they refer to
as democracy and free press is instrumental in creating hatred and works
to fuel conflicts whenever they arise. In fact, we see the so-called
free press being employed by Intelligence networks those days.

The peoples of the world therefore should be aware of hidden motives
behind such ploys. A healthy democratic political system should be
characterized by unity and harmony, not by strife and instability.
Divisive politics only creates path to Subservience and is never the
display of progress, as its consequences are evident in many countries.
