No incidence of Swine Flu witnessed in Eritrea

Asmara, 2 May 2009 - In a press release it issued today, the Ministry of
Health disclosed that no incidence of Swine Flu has been witnessed in
Eritrea and neighboring countries. The Ministry further indicated that
the necessary precautions and preparations are being made to prevent a
possible outbreak.
Noting that the symptoms of the disease include fever, throat infection,
fatigue, coughing and loss of appetite, the release stressed the need
for anybody with the aforementioned symptoms to check in a health center
nearby.
It further outlined the precautions that need to be taken towards
averting the epidemic.
