MANCHESTER UNITED and Chelsea talent spotters were reportedly among a
staggering 90 scouts deployed to watch the “next Zlatan Ibrahimovic”
last weekend.

Alexander Isak, the 17-year-old AIK Solna striker, has already bagged
ten goals in 22 appearances in his breakthrough campaign.

Chelsea and Manchester United were in attendance to watch AIK
wonderkid Alexander Isak

Isak also had the watching eyes of Borussia Dortmund and Bayern Munich
on him during his side’s 1-0 loss to IFK Gothenburg.

United and Chelsea will no doubt have not been the only interested
Premier League sides in attendance, with Swedish paper Expressen
claiming the incredible number of scouts was a record for a
Allsvenskan game.

La Liga leaders Real Madrid were the first to show an interest in the
teen sensation, watching the youngster in the 2-2 draw with Elfsborg
last month.

Isak’s form has seen him earn a spot in Sweden’s Under-21s and it will
not be long before a senior call follows if he can continue his
impressive form.

Despite a poor showing at the weekend, Europe’s big guns will be keen
to keep tabs on the hotshot for the remainder of the campaign.

And if he keeps up his goalscoring record, the continents giants look
set for an almighty scrap to secure his signature.
