Paul Donaldson has acquired 300,000 shares through the exercise of in-the-money unlisted $0.34 options.
Danakali Ltd's managing director, Paul Donaldson, has acquired 300,000 shares through the exercise of in-the-money unlisted $0.34 options, with the consideration totalling $102,000.
Donaldson now holds circa 1.8 million shares, with several lines of unlisted options, and some performance rights.
Danakali remains focussed on the Colluli Potash Project located in Eritrea, East Africa, which is one of the most advanced greenfield sulphate of potash (SOP) projects globally.
Danakali has a 50% equity interest in Colluli through a joint venture with the Eritrean National Mining Company.
Colluli has an exceptionally long expected mine life, unrivalled product diversification potential and significant upside.
