Police: Cyclist from Africa Reported Missing

BURLINGTON, Vt.

Burlington police say a cyclist from Eritrea, Africa who was part of the Green Mountain Stage Race, has been reported missing.

They say the call came in at 2:30 Monday afternoon.

What is a 4-day race, police did not know if the woman raced at all, Monday.

We're told she speaks limited English.

Police aren't suspecting foul play, but since this involves someone missing from another country, federal authorities may get involved.
