Mihretab Sium was arrested by police detectives after several complaints from the Eritrean community in Uganda

An Eritrean national who has allegedly been trafficking girls to Uganda from Eritrea and Rwanda has been arrested on allegations of rape and defilement.

Mihretab Sium was arrested by police detectives after several complaints from the Eritrean community in Uganda.

However, the suspect’s lawyer says his client is being targeted by business rivals.
