The Eritrea community in Denver celebrated the 24 anniversary of independence with friends of Eritrea.

*Denver, May 24, 2015 The Eritrea community in Denver celebrated the 24
anniversary of independence with friends of Eritrea. It was instant for the
community to reaffirm commitment to honor the magnificence of the national
struggle and their commitment to the national building process at home, and
assure their pledge to the family of all our martyrs. *



   The celebration of the Eritrean independence was a notable occasion to
invite the friends of Eritrea by joining the Eritrean community in great
number. Congressman Mike Coffman of the Sixth District of Colorado together
with leaders from our region and the mainstream in the US in their
speeches, reflected highly on the Eritrean struggle and their admiration to
the Eritrean community in Denver.



*The National Festival committee in Denver was able to organize the event
with outstanding plan, where speaker representing the Eritrean Embassy in
the US gave speech addressed the ongoing development drive over the past 24
years since independence, the values of the Eritrean people and their
rebuff to enemy conspiracy. Although, it was a chance to present the new ID
process to Eritreans at large in Colorado. It was also
**extraordinary* *occasion
as always from the committee to organize the -Taste of Eritrea - where
everyone enjoyed the Taste of traditional culture & food, particularly to
the Friends of Eritrea in line with the outreach programs they adapted
to engage the mainstream. *

* The Eritrean American youth born in America presented outstanding
cultural show reflecting the multi culture of Eritrea different ethnic
groups, followed by **musical performance lead by the legendary singer’s
artist "Elsa Kidane & Wed Zaghir" together with the greatest musician’s
guitarist Mr. Kaleb & keyboard Efrem from the metropolitan of Washington
area. *
