This is laughable. These are two failed states, and Djibouti is nothing more then an extended region of Ethiopia at this point. There are more Ethiopian military and police officers (in uniform) there then Djibouti forces. The reality s simple, if you remove Eritrea from the equation all of their problems remain. They will still have poverty, corruption, civil strife, eroding infrastructures, lack of food security, violence, gender inequality, pollution, public safeguards, etc… They won’t make any of the millennium goals for which they receive billions. Also, if Eritrea is still destabilizing them with the sanctions in effect, then by their own admissions the sanctions aren’t working. What does it say about them if this little country, the North Korea of Africa ,w it no friends , a dictator, and under sanctions can disrupt their thriving democratic nations? They cannot be this stupid!
