Eritrea and Cuba agree to enhance cooperation in health sector
Asmara, 26 April 2015- The Governments of Eritrea and Cuba agreed to enhance and strengthen cooperation in the health sector.
At the meeting the Health Ministers of the two countries conducted on 23 April in Havana reviewed the existing cooperation in the sector, and agreed to further strengthen it.
Moreover, Ms. Amina Nurhusein, Eritrean Minister of Health, and Dr. Roberto Morales signed on the document of the cooperation agreement.
It is to be recalled that the Eritrean delegation led by Ms. Amina Nurhusein took part in the International Public Heath Conference held from 20 to 24 April in Havana.
At the conference, the Eritrean Minister of Health gave briefing with regards Eritrea is registering in the health sector.
