Food for mind

The Mind likes raw data as the body likes raw food.

The more raw food you eat, the healthier your are.
The more raw data you feed the mind, the more self-confident you become.

Books, magazines, movies, reports and studies are "processed information"
for the mind as canned and manufactured food are "processed food" for the
body.

The more processed food you eat, the unhealthier your body becomes.
The more processed information you consume, the dumber and controlled you
become.

Some people won't accept to eat at Macdonald, but would be happy getting all
their information and data from highly processed source of information. What
is the difference?

Raw data is ideally acquired and accessed without intermediaries. First
hand, unclassified and uninterpreted data. The mind loves that.

Get out into the real world and use your bare senses to access raw data.

After saying that, I'm going to suck some raw data from a coconut like this
morning on the beach.
