EU appoints three new heads of delegations to African countries

The European Union's foreign policy chief Catherine Ashton announced on
Friday the appointment of new Heads of EU Delegations to three African
countries.
Christian Manahl, Michael Doyle, Antonio Sanchez-Benedito Gaspar were
appointed as Head of the EU Delegation to Eritrea, located in the Horn of
Africa region of east Africa, Lesotho, a landlocked country completely
surrounded by South Africa, and Madagascar, an island country off the east
