Every Tom, Dick and Harry in East Africa who becomes a refugee claims to=
be an Eritrean for asylum purposes. As a result, the UN throws around figu=
res that are truly astounding. If you add up the number of refugees that th=
e UN claims are Eritrean, it would exceed Eritrea's population by the milli=
ons. It's a metaphysical impossibility for Eritrea to generate 60,000 refug=
ees a month and still be independent. If that were the case, it would be=A0=
Weyane's dream and opportunity of a lifetime. Weyane could walk into Eritre=
a and establish its dream of Greater Tigray without lifting a finger. Sadly=
, much as Matt Bryden,=A0Jenday Frazer and others before her did, Sheila Ke=
etharut appears to have bought=A0Weyane's lies hook, line and sinker. The s=
o-called Eritrean refugees she claims to have interviewed are those living =
in Ethiopia that were hand-picked and coached by Weyane officials on what t=
o say. It's entirely possible that some of them may not be Eritreans. She
has never set foot in Eritrea. How would she know what the human rights si=
tuation is in Eritrea?
