Please post the article in your dehai news web site.

To my understanding the contents of the article under the above reference,
written by Tsegai Medhin is quite satisfactory and it is patriotic. What I
did not like is that he compared down Big Eritrea to the levels of Djibouti,
Manco, Vatican, Malta, Seychelles, Pennsylvannis, England. For me this is a
comparison drawn up by elementary school student. To use CIA jargon, these
countries are TINY compared to Eritrea. You should not have made yourself
too humble and too simple. You should have dug deeper and come up with a
better comparison.

Eritrea is bigger than 147 countries in the world. Eritrea has 124,000
Sq.Km. area. Eritrea is bigger than Hunduras 112,492 Sq.Km., Bulgaria
110,879 Sq.Km., South Korea 100,210 Sq.Km., bigger than Benin, Cuba,
Guetemala, Hungary, Jordan Austria, Switzerland, Belgium, Ruwanda (26,338
Sq.Km.), Equatorial Guinea etc. See the attached world list of countries
with their respective areas.

I would like to take the opportunity to express my utter disappointment with
the Government of Eritrean and the Ministry of Information and their TV
Program that they don't care about the geographical features of Eritrea and
that in their TV Programs, they show many different geographical features of
the country. (By geographical feature I mean the map of Eritrea). One day
one geographical features another day another feature and so on and so
forth. For example, In their advertisement for Red See Tourism, the southern
tip of Eritrea looks not like a map of a country but like a very narrow
gravel road that runs from north to south. This deficit has been brought to
their attention several times, but they don't listen. Contrary to Eritrean
medias, foreign countries' medias show a bigger and clearer geographical
feature of Eritrea.

To my understanding the root cause of this handicap lies in that there is no
National proclamation of law that forbids individuals, groups, firms who has
to do with works like arts, painting, gold smith, sculpture etc. to depict
Eritrea Geographical Features to their whims. They simply curve it, paint
it, sell it, the way they want. Eritrea's Geographical Feature is sacred. It
should be always one and the same. This is a country with defined borders
and a defined geographical features, it is not a toy that you play with it.
No one has the right to interfere, to forge, copy, sell the geographical
features of Eritrea. No one has the right to trade with the geographical
feature of Eritrea. The abuse of these uncontrolled misuses could be
protected only through a proclamation of law.

Thanks.
