Looks like ACTING ASSISTANT SECRETARY YAMAMOTO, former US Ambassador to Ethiopia and a close friend to the late PM Zenawi, deliberately ignored answering the Question related to U.S. role in Eri-Ethiopia border conflict. It's quite clear that it's not lack of dialogue but failure on part of U.S. and other guarantors to meet their mandate and enforce the implementation of EEBC ruling that is causing a major obstacle to peace in the Horne.
