Celebration of the 22nd Anniversary of Independence Day will begin on,
19thof May, 2013 in the City of Toronto & Environs; I’m sure it would
be a
night to be remembered for years to come. Eritrean in the City of Toronto
is ready to embrace the big day. The day the people of Eritrea were free
once and for all from the Yoke of colonialism and the day from which they
started breathing free air. From that day on wards the Eritrean people
started to walk with heads soaring with nobody to get afraid of and nobody
asking where one goes or pass by. The Independence Day revelry will endure
on May, 20th at J.J. Piccininni Park with different activities including
Music which mean the Dancing will carry on at the park, Sport activities
several team will be on face off to add to our colorful Independence
Celebration.
On may, 23rd, 2013 the flag raising will take place at City hall in the City
of Toronto which you don’t want to miss this will be memorable day as our
Flag will be hoist up high where everyone will witness, we are expecting
several official of the City to be present to observe our flag raising

24, 2013 the official festivity EriTv on the night of we will persist the
Celebration at ECAO – 920 Bloor St. W. A Cultural night with Dinner come
dress to impress with your Respective Cultural Dresses.
