It is just one of the many signs of Eritrean peoples' passion for knowledge
and the appropriate education system and ethos set up by the present
ministry of education. I want to congratulate and encourage Mr Mohammed Ali
for his successful effort which has put him and his country and people in
the scientific files of mankind. I also take the pride and happiness of this
fact and having participated in the development of the Eritrean education
system since 1990 in Sahel (Orota and Wina) and later as a Mechanical
Engineering teacher in Asmara Technical Institute (Pavoni Technical
