People are free to vote for whomever they want to but I would find it difficult to imagine how Eritrean-Americans collectively as a group could endorse the Obama Administration. There is no rational basis for doing that. Most Eritrean-Americans probably agree with Obama and the Democrats when it comes to domestic policy but where Eritrea is concerned, his administration's actions were a punch in the gut for most of us that supported, donated and volunteered for him.
Personally, I have set-up a filter in my inbox so that all e-mails from the Obama campaign go straight to trash. Obama was a gigantic disappointment when it comes to foreign policy in general and Eritrea in particular.
The scary thing about an Obama second term to me is that we may have to deal with Susan Rice as the Secretary of State for four years. According to a recent article that appeared on the Politico website, she is rumored to be the leading candidate for that portfolio because of the personal chemistry she has developed with Obama. Obama really likes her a lot and is more comfortable with her than John Kerry. John Kerry is the other candidate for that spot and is openly lobbying for it. But right now she has a leg up on Kerry according to some insiders that are familiar with the workings of the Obama White House. (see link below for the source article from Politico).

Ultimately, it will not matter which official occupies what post in the Obama Administration, for the Eritrean camel will keep on marching forward no matter who barks from which direction. But the thought of seeing her on TV for the next four years spewing lies about our Eritrea and other countries that don't bow down to her is disturbing to me. I have such distatste for that woman that is hard to capture in words.
